About the Role
Securitas is seeking a strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and elevate HR operations. In this role, you’ll help shape the employee experience, strengthen workplace culture, and ensure HR programs support business goals across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee employee relations and provide support for complex HR situations
- Lead conflict resolution efforts and conduct workplace investigations
- Coach leaders and teams on HR best practices and performance expectations
- Manage performance management processes and support continuous improvement
- Drive talent acquisition activities, including hiring coordination and planning
- Handle licensing-related HR requirements and ensure ongoing compliance
- Ensure HR initiatives align with company policies, legal requirements, and operational needs
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR leadership and employee relations
- Strong background in workplace investigations, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Experience supporting performance management and talent acquisition
- Knowledge of HR compliance and the licensing processes relevant to the role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
