Securitas, a global leader in protective services, is looking for a strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen HR operations. You’ll help shape the employee experience, build a positive and high-performing culture, and ensure HR programs support business goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and support for managers and staff
- Lead and coordinate workplace investigations with professionalism and discretion
- Coach leaders and teams on performance management, best practices, and effective communication
- Manage talent acquisition efforts, including hiring support and coordination of selection processes
- Ensure required licensing and HR compliance activities are completed accurately and on time
- Align HR initiatives with company policies, compliance requirements, and organizational priorities
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources leadership, employee relations, and performance management
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and workplace investigation practices
- Excellent coaching, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple HR priorities while maintaining confidentiality
