James Moore & Co., P.L. is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support our team across the employee lifecycle—from offer acceptance through onboarding and offboarding. This role helps ensure HR processes run smoothly while supporting employees with benefits and related HR services.
Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits and assist with related HR tasks
- Support key stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and separation processes
- Help coordinate and maintain HR documentation and records
- Assist with HR operations to ensure timely, accurate processing
- Collaborate with internal teams to support employee needs and compliance
Requirements
- Experience in HR administration or a related HR support role
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive information
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with HR systems and standard office tools
