- Assist with onboarding activities and ongoing employee support
- Support offboarding tasks to ensure a consistent and compliant process
Requirements
- Experience in HR administration or HR operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Comfort working with benefits-related processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
