About the Role
Procare Solutions is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead onboarding and ongoing engagement for new customers as they roll out Procare software. You’ll help ensure customers successfully adopt the platform to support safer, more efficient childcare operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule onboarding activities for new customers
- Own the implementation process from kickoff through go-live support
- Partner with internal teams to align timelines, requirements, and deliverables
- Engage customers to drive adoption and ensure a smooth transition to the platform
- Support communication and training efforts related to software usage
Requirements
- Experience managing customer onboarding or software implementation projects
- Strong coordination and scheduling skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for working with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
