About the Role

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales activities to drive measurable KPI results
- Build rapport with prospects and guide them through the sales process
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records
- Participate in coaching and training to improve conversion performance
- Work toward commission and bonus targets consistently
Requirements
- Proven inside sales experience (or strong sales performance track record)
- Comfort working in a KPI-driven, commission-based environment
- Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback during ramp-up
- Reliable remote work setup and strong self-management skills
Compensation & Training
- 100% commission-based compensation with unlimited earning potential
- Performance-based bonuses available regularly
- Training support during the first 4 weeks, including a guaranteed training stipend of $1,000 total (or commission if higher)
- Week 1 begins commission-only, with guaranteed minimums during weeks 2–4: $250, $325, and $425
