About the Role
Join our team as an Inside Sales Representative specializing in promotional products. You’ll be the main point of contact for assigned accounts and territories, building strong relationships while driving consistent sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts and territories
- Build and maintain long-term, positive client relationships
- Coordinate timely fulfillment of products and services based on client needs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounts, contacts, and territory activity
- Manage and update customer and account information in the CRM
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets
- Make at least 30 outbound calls per day to engage prospects and customers
- Create and send targeted email campaigns and promotional blasts on a weekly or biweekly schedule
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales or a customer-facing sales role
- Comfort with high-volume outbound calling and follow-up
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage CRM data accurately and consistently
- Track record of meeting sales goals
