About the Role
Join our team as an Inside Sales Representative specializing in promotional products. You’ll manage assigned accounts, build lasting customer relationships, and drive revenue growth through proactive outreach and responsive account support.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers within your assigned territory
- Develop and maintain long-term, positive relationships with clients
- Coordinate timely delivery of products and services to match customer needs
- Stay current on account details, contacts, and key information in your territory
- Maintain accurate customer and account records in the CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
- Place at least 30 outbound calls per day to engage prospects and customers
- Create and send targeted email campaigns and promotional blasts on a weekly basis
Requirements
- Proven inside sales experience or strong outbound sales experience
- Comfort using a CRM to manage leads, accounts, and sales activity
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to consistently meet sales goals and activity targets
- Experience creating outreach through email campaigns is a plus
