About the Role

Szott Ford, a family-owned dealership serving Holly, Michigan, is seeking an experienced Internet Sales Manager to help grow our online sales pipeline. If you’re customer-focused and thrive in a fast-paced automotive sales environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, manage, and respond to incoming internet leads for new and used vehicles
  • Contact customers through phone, text, email, and online chat to build rapport and move opportunities forward
  • Schedule appointments and guide customers through the buying process
  • Follow up consistently with leads to increase appointment setting and sales outcomes
  • Partner with the sales team to deliver an excellent customer experience from first contact to delivery
  • Maintain accurate lead and customer records in the CRM and meet daily follow-up targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in an internet or lead-management role
  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, and text
  • Comfort using CRM tools to track leads and performance
  • Customer-first mindset and ability to stay organized with high-volume follow-up
