Responsibilities
- Monitor, manage, and respond to incoming internet leads for new and used vehicles
- Contact customers through phone, text, email, and online chat to build rapport and move opportunities forward
- Schedule appointments and guide customers through the buying process
- Follow up consistently with leads to increase appointment setting and sales outcomes
- Partner with the sales team to deliver an excellent customer experience from first contact to delivery
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records in the CRM and meet daily follow-up targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in an internet or lead-management role
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, and text
- Comfort using CRM tools to track leads and performance
- Customer-first mindset and ability to stay organized with high-volume follow-up
