About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior People & Culture Assistant to support the HR area with administrative routines and operational processes. You’ll help keep the employee lifecycle running smoothly by ensuring accurate, on-time delivery of key HR activities under supervision.
Responsibilities
- Handle the HR communication channel (corporate email), supporting employees with operational questions and requests
- Support operational HR processes such as hiring, termination, promotions, vacation scheduling, and system updates
- Assist with payroll closeout by organizing documentation and HR variables (medical certificates, awards, benefits, and related items)
- Schedule periodic medical exams and track proof of completion
- Maintain employee files and records, ensuring information is up to date and compliant with LGPD
- Support operational internal communications by helping share updates about time bank, adjustments, benefits, and HR announcements
- Support internal engagement actions and events (e.g., birthday coffee moments, commemorative dates, coffee breaks), coordinating with internal areas and vendors
- Assist with office infrastructure needs (supplies such as food, coffee, and fruit), monitoring deliveries and inventory
- When requested, support recruitment operations such as job postings, updating materials, initial screening, and interview scheduling
- Submit steps of processes that require validation to HR management according to defined workflows
Requirements
- Technical training in progress or completed, or a higher education degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of HR administrative routines (hiring, termination, vacations, payroll processes)
- Basic understanding of labor law (CLT) and Department of Personnel procedures
- Basic knowledge of LGPD as it applies to employee data handling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Familiarity with HR systems and communication platforms (corporate email, LinkedIn)
- Knowledge of document organization and physical/digital archiving
