About the Role

Join our engineering team in Marietta, OH as a Junior Power Systems Electrical Engineer. You’ll help design and improve electrical power distribution equipment used in critical applications, supporting new product development, testing, and clear technical documentation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, electrical design work, and building reliable power solutions that meet safety and performance expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with electrical design for power distribution equipment, including component selection and thermal considerations
  • Support mechanical packaging efforts to ensure designs fit and function correctly
  • Contribute to design improvements through troubleshooting and iterative testing
  • Help prepare and maintain technical documentation for development and production needs
  • Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners to support product development goals

Requirements

  • Entry-level experience or coursework in power systems and electrical engineering
