About the Role
UltraViolet Cyber is seeking a Junior Business Analyst for Privacy to help strengthen privacy and data protection practices across our security operations platform. This role supports teams by translating privacy requirements into clear processes and documentation that enable responsible handling of sensitive information.
Responsibilities
- Assist with privacy-focused analysis and documentation of data flows, controls, and requirements
- Support the review of privacy and compliance needs for products, services, and operational workflows
- Help coordinate inputs from stakeholders to ensure privacy requirements are captured accurately
- Contribute to continuous improvement of privacy processes, templates, and reporting
- Maintain organized records and support audits or assessments as needed
Requirements
- Basic understanding of privacy principles (e.g., data protection concepts, consent, retention, and access)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written communication for creating clear, professional documentation
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and handling multiple priorities
- Prior experience in business analysis or privacy-related work is a plus
