About the Role
At Snorkel, we believe great AI begins with great data. Our Data & Analytics Platform team is building the foundations that help enterprises turn expert knowledge into production-ready AI systems. We recently migrated from Redshift to Snowflake and are focused on scaling reliable analytics and data workflows to support teams across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead data science efforts that improve data quality, analytics performance, and platform capabilities.
- Partner with engineering and analytics teams to design and optimize data pipelines and workflows.
- Translate business and product goals into data-driven approaches and measurable outcomes.
- Support production readiness by establishing robust evaluation and monitoring practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver insights that accelerate AI development.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist with demonstrated technical leadership.
- Strong working knowledge of modern data platforms and analytics tooling (experience with Snowflake is a plus).
- Expertise in data modeling, experimentation, and statistical/ML evaluation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence through data and evidence.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and production-oriented data systems.
