About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist the dental team during patient procedures and ensure smooth chairside operations
- Coordinate day-to-day support for clinical activities to keep appointments running on schedule
- Prepare instruments, materials, and treatment areas according to established protocols
- Support infection control and maintain a safe, clean clinical environment
- Help guide and mentor other assistants as needed to support consistent quality
Requirements
- Experience as a dental assistant in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of dental assisting workflow and chairside support
- Commitment to patient safety, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and support a teaching clinic
