About the Role
Scout Motors is building the next chapter of an iconic American legacy—bringing rugged SUVs and trucks into the electric and digital era. We’re looking for a Product Management Lead to help shape product direction across our electrified powertrain and connected vehicle experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for key vehicle and powertrain initiatives, aligning business goals with customer needs.
- Define product requirements and success metrics, translating insights into clear, actionable plans.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, software, and operations to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Support launch planning and continuous improvement through customer feedback, performance data, and market learnings.
- Help ensure priorities are clear and execution stays on track across competing demands.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, ideally in automotive, mobility, hardware/software, or technology-driven products.
- Strong ability to translate customer and business needs into product requirements and roadmaps.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and influencing decisions without direct authority.
- Data-informed mindset with experience defining metrics and using results to iterate.
- Excellent communication skills for executive updates and stakeholder alignment.
