Lead QA Quality Inspector (Medical Devices) | Onsite

About the Role

We’re seeking a Lead QA Quality Inspector to coordinate quality inspection and testing activities for non-exempt team members. This role supports manufacturing and engineering by helping ensure sub-assemblies and final products meet requirements, while also managing held or dispositioned items.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspections and testing of sub-assemblies and final product
• Support product dispositioning and control of items on hold
• Read, interpret, and apply requirements from drawings and specifications
• Use statistical sampling techniques to support quality decisions
• Operate and apply knowledge of measurement and functional test equipment
• Write, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety rules
• Ensure compliance with medical device GMP regulations

Requirements

• Proficiency with statistical sampling methods
• Experience using measurement and functional test equipment
• Knowledge of medical device GMP requirements
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Experience leading inspection/testing activities and enforcing SOPs
