About the Role
AgeWays is seeking a Program Manager to lead caregiver and respite program development across the region. You will oversee program operations, identify community service gaps, and pursue partnerships and funding opportunities to expand caregiver support—including services for kinship caregivers.
Responsibilities
- Provide program oversight for Trualta and Caregiver Respite programs to ensure streamlined processes, strong program management, follow-up, and compliance monitoring
- Develop, implement, and manage caregiver mini-grants and related caregiver programming
- Engage community partners and collaborate with internal management and leadership teams to enhance caregiver programs
- Identify gaps in community services and pursue programs and funding to address unmet needs
Requirements
- Experience managing programs or services, ideally in a community, social services, or nonprofit environment
- Strong ability to coordinate with partners and cross-functional internal teams
- Demonstrated understanding of program compliance and operational follow-through
