About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy services and support patient progress
- Deliver clinically excellent care in a collaborative environment

- Offer care through a mix of telemedicine and in-person sessions
Requirements
- Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
- Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-informed behavioral healthcare
- Strong professional communication and clinical judgment
