About the Role
LifeStance Health is looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our clinical team in West Chester, PA. This role focuses on delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare with a commitment to clinical excellence and strong patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy services and support clients with behavioral health needs
- Maintain a patient-centered approach to care and clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the broader clinical team to support treatment planning and continuity of care
- Utilize telemedicine and in-person options based on client needs and scheduling
Requirements
