About the Role
We’re seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to help maximize manufacturing equipment throughput and productivity. In this role, you’ll lead the coordination and supervision of general maintenance work across the facility—supporting the upkeep of buildings, grounds, and production equipment while ensuring safe, reliable operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance activities for electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related plant systems
- Drive a preventative maintenance culture to improve uptime and equipment reliability
- Develop and implement improved preventative and predictive maintenance tools
- Use maintenance data to support sound operational and reliability decisions
- Coordinate with Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, and Operations Management
- Lead and manage maintenance team workflow to meet facility needs
Requirements
- Experience supervising or leading maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ability to apply preventative maintenance practices and reliability principles
- Comfort using data/metrics to guide maintenance planning and decision-making
- Commitment to safety and compliance in all maintenance activities
