About the Role
ABM is seeking an Engineering Facility Maintenance Technician to help keep building systems running safely, efficiently, and reliably. In this role, you’ll support preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across key facility operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks to help reduce downtime and support reliable facility performance
- Inspect equipment and systems to identify issues and recommend corrective actions
- Support safe operations by following established procedures and safety requirements
Requirements
- Experience with facility maintenance and repair work across building systems
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and complete repairs effectively
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
