About the Role
We’re seeking a Management Analyst to support management status reporting and ensure human resources compliance. This onsite role is based in Falls Church, Virginia and includes opportunities related to in-hire and leave accrual.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for management status reporting requirements and HR compliance needs
- Conduct studies across organizational functions by gathering, compiling, analyzing, and synthesizing information to recommend improvements
- Act as a liaison for management and employee relations, including workers’ compensation and employee benefit actions
- Provide regulatory interpretation and guidance on topics such as authorized leave, work schedules, service date calculations, retirement benefits, awards, and health/life insurance benefits
- Analyze and interpret HR guidance to advise both management and employees on applicable legal, regulatory, and policy requirements, including staffing and classification
Requirements
- Experience analyzing HR policies, compliance requirements, or related management reporting
- Strong ability to research, interpret, and apply regulatory and policy guidance
- Proficiency in compiling and evaluating information to support recommendations
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional liaison work
