About the Role
CTSI, a New Charter Company, is looking for a Marketing and New Business Development Representative in Lubbock, TX to help fuel revenue growth. In this onsite role, you’ll focus on proactive lead generation, pipeline development, and meaningful client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound campaigns using phone, email, and in-person outreach
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by engaging prospects consistently
- Collaborate with sales leadership to support revenue goals and opportunity progression
- Use CRM tools to track activities, manage leads, and document engagement outcomes
- Identify prospect needs and communicate value to drive conversations forward
Requirements
- Experience in lead generation, business development, or marketing development (titles may vary)
- Comfort working in an onsite environment in Lubbock, TX
- Strong communication skills for phone and email outreach
- Ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple prospects
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking processes
