About the Role
Seven Starling is seeking licensed clinicians with Maternal Mental Health experience to provide virtual behavioral health care to women across reproductive life stages. This is a 1099 contractor role supporting clients through specialized, holistic treatment that may include therapy and coordination with medication management where appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for common mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety
- Provide maternal mental health support tailored to the needs of clients during pregnancy and postpartum periods
- Work within a collaborative, holistic clinical model alongside the broader care team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow program standards
Requirements
- Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC
- Demonstrated experience in maternal mental health
- Ability to provide telehealth services and manage a virtual caseload
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and client-centered care
