MCAT Prep Instructor (Part-Time) — Hybrid Teaching Role, Berkeley, CA

About the Role

Kaplan is hiring a part-time MCAT Prep Instructor for our growing test-prep community in the Berkeley area. This hybrid role offers a flexible schedule, with classes typically held on weekends and/or evenings. You’ll help students build confidence and improve scores using learning-science backed resources and a ready-to-teach curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Teach MCAT prep courses in a hybrid format according to the assigned schedule
• Deliver score-boosting instruction and strategies that support student progress
• Use Kaplan-provided curriculum and learning materials to streamline planning
• Create an encouraging learning environment that helps students reach their goals

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of MCAT content and test-taking strategies
• Experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring (preferred)
• Comfort working with students at different experience levels
• Availability for weekend and/or evening instruction
