About the Role
New Leaf Teletherapy (NLT) helps employees access high-quality mental health care with a focus on exceptional support and customer experience. We’re looking for a licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide teletherapy to working adults through a secure virtual platform.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote mental health counseling sessions to adult clients via teletherapy
- Provide clinically appropriate care while maintaining professional documentation
- Use teleconferencing tools confidently to support a smooth virtual therapy experience
- Collaborate with the broader care team as needed to support client outcomes
Requirements
- Active clinical license to practice as a mental health professional
- Comfort and proficiency with delivering therapy through video/teleconferencing platforms
- Experience working with adult clients and providing evidence-informed counseling
- Ability to work independently as an independent contractor
