In this Mid-Market Account Executive role, you’ll help grow our customer base by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and advancing deals for mid-sized organizations in industries such as transportation, logistics, construction, energy, field service, manufacturing, agriculture, food and beverage, retail, and public sector.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new mid-market opportunities through outbound and relationship-based selling
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and demos to proposal, negotiation, and close
- Partner with internal teams to align solutions to customer needs
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM documentation
- Build strong customer relationships to support retention and expansion
Requirements
- Proven experience selling to mid-market customers (typically SaaS or technology solutions)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to run effective discovery conversations
- Comfort using CRM tools and managing a consistent pipeline
- Ability to understand complex operational needs and translate them into value
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
