About the Role
Fin is seeking a Mid-Market Relationship Manager to help drive customer success and strengthen long-term partnerships. You’ll work with mid-market clients to ensure they get measurable value from our AI customer support platform across the full customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market stakeholders to support retention and growth.
- Understand customer goals and align product capabilities to deliver high-impact outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support.
- Identify opportunities to expand usage across service, sales, and ecommerce channels.
- Track key account health metrics and proactively address risks to renewals.
Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as relationship management, account management, or customer success.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment.
- Ability to translate customer needs into actionable plans with cross-functional partners.
