About the Role
Fin is seeking a Manager to lead our MidMarket Account Executives. In this role, you’ll help drive revenue growth by coaching your team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and strong sales execution across the customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Coach, mentor, and manage a team of MidMarket Account Executives to hit performance goals
- Support pipeline development and guide deals from prospecting through close
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align sales strategy with product capabilities
- Track key metrics, identify coaching opportunities, and improve forecasting accuracy
- Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and win rates
Requirements
- Proven experience leading or managing B2B sales teams (MidMarket preferred)
- Strong track record of quota attainment and pipeline/forecast management
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into compelling value
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
