About the Role

Fin is looking for a Manager to lead our MidMarket Account Executives and help drive revenue growth. You’ll coach a high-performing team, strengthen sales execution, and support customers with an AI-powered customer agent built to deliver seamless, always-on experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach MidMarket Account Executives to achieve individual and team targets
  • Drive pipeline creation, deal progression, and accurate forecasting
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve conversion
  • Lead regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and sales process improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth handoffs and strong customer outcomes

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience managing or coaching B2B sales teams
  • Track record of success in mid-market or similar sales motions
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and sales execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment
