About the Role
Fin is looking for a Manager to lead our MidMarket Account Executives and help drive revenue growth. You’ll coach a high-performing team, strengthen sales execution, and support customers with an AI-powered customer agent built to deliver seamless, always-on experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coach MidMarket Account Executives to achieve individual and team targets
- Drive pipeline creation, deal progression, and accurate forecasting
- Partner with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve conversion
- Lead regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and sales process improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth handoffs and strong customer outcomes
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing or coaching B2B sales teams
- Track record of success in mid-market or similar sales motions
- Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and sales execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment
