About the Role
Join our team as an MST-CAN Expert to train, guide, and support MST-CAN programs across the United States and internationally. You’ll help ensure high-quality, model-adherent implementation of Multisystemic Therapy for Child Abuse and Neglect (MST-CAN), an intensive, evidence-based approach designed to improve safety and well-being for youth and families.
Responsibilities
- Provide weekly consultation to MST-CAN or MST-BSF teams.
- Deliver training and implementation support to supervisors and therapists.
- Create written development plans that strengthen adherence to the model.
- Partner with clinicians, supervisors, administrators, and system stakeholders to improve treatment delivery and program outcomes.
- Support additional learning opportunities through booster trainings and peer/workgroup participation.
- Develop and lead workshop trainings for Network Partner Conferences as needed.
Requirements
- Strong clinical knowledge of MST-CAN and/or the MST model framework.
- Experience providing consultation, training, or implementation support to clinical teams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary stakeholders across sites.
- Willingness to travel to support program implementation (remote with travel).
