About the Role
MST Services is seeking an MST Expert to help expand access to Multisystemic Therapy (MST), an intensive, family- and community-based treatment approach for youth with serious antisocial behavior. This fully remote role supports organizations and clinical teams as they implement the MST model with fidelity.
Responsibilities
- Provide training and ongoing support to provider organizations, stakeholders, supervisors, and clinicians
- Deliver MST consultation to strengthen implementation of the model
- Help ensure effective, evidence-based adoption of MST across assigned regions
- Collaborate with internal teams to support program growth and quality
- Travel may be required within the U.S. and potentially internationally, based on program needs
Requirements
- Current MST Expert experience or prior MST Supervisor experience
- Strong knowledge of the MST model and implementation processes
- Experience training and consulting clinical or program teams
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-regional environment
