About the Role
January Digital is seeking a Retail Marketplace Manager to help drive performance across our clients’ marketplace and retail media efforts. In this role, you’ll combine media expertise with analytical thinking to support planning, execution, and ongoing optimization across the full funnel.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day management of retail marketplace campaigns, including trafficking, monitoring, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate strategy into actionable media plans
- Use analytics to identify trends, performance drivers, and optimization opportunities
- Support full funnel media planning and execution to improve client outcomes
- Present performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience managing retail marketplace or retail media campaigns
- Strong understanding of measurement, reporting, and campaign optimization
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into practical actions
- Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced agency environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
