About the Role
Fireblocks Trust Company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our corporate strategy team. In this role, you’ll help shape product direction in a fast-changing global regulatory landscape, leveraging your engineering background and product expertise to connect technical capabilities with market needs.
You’ll partner closely with engineers, designers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution across teams and domains—while balancing user value with regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Own product development end to end, from early concept through launch, partnering with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and legal
- Lead and refine the product roadmap by prioritizing initiatives that support business goals and deliver measurable impact
- Define roadmap milestones and maintain clear delivery plans to support strategic priorities
- Use data and customer insights to improve product performance and sustain a competitive edge
- Ensure product decisions align with evolving regulatory and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with strong ownership of roadmap and delivery
- Engineering background or technical depth that supports effective collaboration with technical teams
- Experience working in highly regulated environments and translating compliance needs into product requirements
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide product decisions
