About the Role
Dozee Health AI is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to support our Medical Director in a leadership capacity. In this role, you’ll help oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance as we expand contactless remote patient monitoring (RPM) solutions that improve staff efficiency and patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Support the Medical Director with day-to-day clinical operations and workflow oversight
- Monitor and help enforce clinical compliance processes and documentation standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure RPM programs are delivered safely and effectively
- Assist in identifying operational gaps and recommending improvements to clinical practices
- Maintain accurate records and support audits, training, and policy adherence
Requirements
- Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain)
- Proven experience in clinical operations, care delivery, or compliance-related responsibilities
- Strong clinical documentation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and support leadership with clear communication
- Experience working in healthcare settings with patient safety and quality standards
