About the Role
Join our Human Resources team as a paid intern supporting recruiting, employee engagement, and everyday HR operations. This role is designed to help you gain hands-on experience with HR projects, coordination, and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, executing, and tracking HR projects across recruiting, benefits, and employee engagement
- Support HR operations by maintaining data, improving processes, and helping implement HR technology
- Coordinate interview scheduling and support candidate communications during the hiring process
- Help organize HR events such as job fairs and internal initiatives, including logistics and attendance tracking
- Support employee engagement and benefits communications, including tracking program participation
- Provide administrative support for HR meetings, maintain records, and help ensure compliance
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program or recent graduate (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and a professional, service-minded attitude
- Comfort working with HR tools and maintaining accurate information
- Ability to support multiple tasks and deadlines
