About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Part-Time Human Resources Assistant to support our Human Resources team across our aviation operations. You’ll help keep employee information accurate, assist with hiring and onboarding, and contribute to HR projects while handling confidential materials with professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records in HR systems and personnel files
- Support recruiting activities and coordinate basic candidate documentation
- Assist with onboarding tasks, including preparing HR paperwork and updates
- Help track HR compliance items and support documentation organization
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and day-to-day department needs
- Support employee communication efforts as directed by HR leadership
