About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable, organized Part-Time Human Resources & Recruiting Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations in our Penn Hills office. This role combines recruiting support with employee onboarding and ongoing HR guidance for both employees and managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR needs and provide support to employees and leadership
- Assist with recruiting activities to help attract and coordinate talent
- Guide new hires through the onboarding process
- Handle unemployment compensation-related tasks and documentation
- Work independently and take ownership of key HR functions
Requirements
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Comfort working with people and handling sensitive information professionally
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable schedule and dependable attendance
Schedule & Location
- On-site position (Penn Hills office)
- Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–6:00 PM
- City: Pittsburgh area (QSI - Pittsburgh)
