About the Role
Nuro is building self-driving technology that helps make the physical world safer and more accessible. As a People & Compliance Site Lead, you’ll support site operations by driving people programs and ensuring compliance practices are consistently followed.
Responsibilities
- Partner with site leadership to support day-to-day people operations
- Help maintain compliance processes and documentation across the site
- Support onboarding, training coordination, and employee lifecycle activities
- Assist in investigating issues and coordinating corrective actions as needed
- Promote a positive, safety-minded culture and ensure policies are understood
Requirements
- Experience supporting HR and/or compliance functions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of workplace policy, documentation, and confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple stakeholders at the site level
