Join our People & Culture team as a People Experience Representative I, supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee experience. This role is remote and focused on helping people get the answers and resources they need.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR and People & Culture support to employees and managers
- Help coordinate onboarding and employee lifecycle requests
- Support HR processes and documentation to ensure accurate, up-to-date information
- Assist with basic HR inquiries, routing issues to the right team when needed
- Contribute to a positive, responsive employee experience
Requirements
- Experience in HR support, generalist work, or people operations
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Comfort working with HR systems or ticketing/workflow tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Reliable remote work habits and attention to detail
