About the Role
Fin is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to help customers evaluate and adopt our AI Customer Agent platform. In this role, you’ll lead pre-sales engagements that translate customer needs into clear, compelling solutions—supporting service, sales, and ecommerce use cases across every stage of the customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Own pre-sales customer engagements from discovery through solution alignment
- Partner with sales and technical teams to design demonstrations and tailored solution narratives
- Identify customer requirements and map them to Fin’s end-to-end AI capabilities and integrations
- Coordinate onboarding and integration discussions, including connections with Intercom help desk workflows
- Support deal success by addressing objections, validating value, and communicating outcomes
- Continuously improve pre-sales processes and engagement materials based on customer feedback
Requirements
- Proven experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or customer engagement within B2B software
- Strong ability to run discovery, articulate value, and translate requirements into solution plans
- Comfort working across sales and technical stakeholders to deliver polished demos
- Experience with customer support, customer experience platforms, or conversational AI is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
