About the Role
Little Sprouts LLC is seeking a Preschool Support Teacher to help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for young learners. You’ll support daily routines, help children build confidence, and partner with the lead teacher to ensure every child feels seen and supported.
Responsibilities
- Assist with classroom setup, learning activities, and daily transitions
- Support children’s social-emotional development through patience and positive guidance
- Follow health and safety protocols and help maintain a clean, organized classroom
- Communicate with the teaching team to support consistent, age-appropriate routines
- Contribute to a supportive learning atmosphere where children can thrive
Requirements
- Experience working with preschool-aged children or early education setting
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a calm approach to big emotions
- Comfort learning classroom routines and meeting regulatory expectations
- Reliable teamwork mindset and willingness to ask questions and grow
