About the Role
ezCater is looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead our Finance Platform initiatives. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Finance team to shape enterprise-grade capabilities across B2B and B2C payments, partner payouts, fraud management, tax solutions, and regulatory technology.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the financial platform product strategy, aligning roadmaps across key stakeholders
- Own product vision for payment, payout, fraud, tax, and regulatory tech experiences
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Finance to translate business needs into clear product requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery, including prioritization, success metrics, and iterative improvements
- Ensure products meet reliability, compliance, and scalability expectations for enterprise customers
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with a track record delivering complex, cross-functional products
- Strong understanding of fintech concepts such as payments, fraud/risk, payouts, and/or tax and regulatory workflows
- Ability to define strategy and translate it into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes
- Excellent collaboration skills across Engineering, Finance, and other business partners
