About the Role
Join our team as a Process Technician supporting the Process Engineering group in the CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polishing) area. You’ll help keep wafer disposition and production flow on track by following engineer instructions, maintaining process recipes, and supporting qualification and day-to-day operation of critical CMP tools.
Responsibilities
- Assist Process Engineering with CMP area support and manufacturing execution, including wafer disposition and production flow
- Set up, modify, and maintain process recipes based on direction from Process Engineers
- Support qualification and operation of CMP tools such as nTEG, AMAT Mirra, and EBARA FREX
- Troubleshoot processing and equipment issues that may affect output or product quality
- Review defect data from AIT, ODIN, FIB, and SEM and perform first-line actions to prevent process excursions
- Propose, document, and help implement process or tooling improvements under engineer guidance
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with wafer manufacturing processes and factory logistics
- Experience working with manufacturing systems such as MESA, MITECS, CAMSTAR, SPOTFIRE, SPECDB, or similar platforms
