About the Role
Tribe Wellness is looking for a Product Sales Specialist (we call this role a Protocol Review Specialist) to help pet owners confidently choose and use pet health supplements. You’ll turn product interest into real outcomes by guiding customers through the right protocol—so pets can live longer, healthier lives.
Responsibilities
- Sell pet health products and related services to prospective customers
- Convert leads into loyal brand supporters through consultative conversations
- Use training resources and team guidance to represent Tribe’s approach and values
- Work in a remote environment using tools like Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack, and communication platforms
- Maximize earning potential with a commission-based structure (no cap on commission)
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a talent for building genuine connections
- Motivation to learn and grow in sales (prior sales experience is a plus)
- Interest or background in health and wellness
- Ability to work 40 hours per week starting at 8 AM CST
- Stable high-speed internet (Octane Speed of 20,000 or greater)
- Reliable laptop/desktop with a working mic, camera, and headset
