About the Role
Join our Global Cyber Security organization to lead the strategy, architecture, and engineering of enterprise email security capabilities. Reporting to Defensive Engineering leadership, you will build protections that reduce risk from phishing, business email compromise (BEC), account takeover, malware, and evolving email-borne threats.

Email is a primary channel attackers use to target organizations. In this role, you’ll help define the technologies and security controls that safeguard critical communication workflows and strengthen the firm’s overall cyber resilience.
Responsibilities
- Own email security product strategy, architecture, and engineering execution
- Design and improve defensive controls to mitigate phishing, BEC, account takeover, and malware
- Evaluate emerging threats and translate findings into actionable security capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable email protections
- Drive security engineering best practices across the product lifecycle
Requirements
- Experience designing security architectures and building enterprise security capabilities
- Strong understanding of email threat models (phishing, BEC, account takeover, malware)
- Ability to lead technical strategy and translate requirements into engineering roadmaps
- Proven experience collaborating with engineering, security, and product stakeholders
