As a Product Specialist, you’ll be the first line of support for our customers. You’ll help ensure they get the answers and guidance they need, while maintaining the high service standards PriceLabs is known for. This entry-level role is designed for growth, with a path to explore non-technical opportunities across departments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions and product support
- Support customers in using PriceLabs effectively to drive better business outcomes
- Provide clear, timely communication and help resolve issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience
- Work rotating shifts to support customers across different time windows
Requirements
- Interest in B2B SaaS and customer-facing work
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to learn product concepts quickly
- Availability for rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, and evening IST schedules)
