About the Role
Join our Women’s & Children’s Float Pool as a Staff Nurse (RN) and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care across multiple specialty units. This full-time night role supports Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Level III NICU, and inpatient Pediatrics, including Pediatric Mental Health.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care while collaborating with the broader healthcare team
- Deliver high-quality, cost-effective care across changing patient populations and clinical environments
- Adapt quickly to the needs of different units, including maternal and newborn care and pediatric services
- Maintain clinical excellence and a patient-first approach in every setting
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience or strong familiarity with Women’s and/or Children’s healthcare settings
- Ability to remain flexible and responsive in a float pool environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
