About the Role
LPC is seeking a Project Manager to support our Client Advisory Services Group. In this role, you’ll manage corporate interior construction projects end-to-end—from early strategy through first day of business. You’ll coordinate move management, decommissioning, and closeout, while overseeing multiple initiatives at once.
Responsibilities
- Support transaction teams by reviewing lease language, work letters, and engagement artifacts related to acquiring space for Lincoln’s clients
- Evaluate existing vacant spaces and provide recommendations to guide project planning
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including scheduling, coordination, and delivery milestones
- Oversee tenant improvement and renovation work for existing buildings
- Coordinate move management activities and manage decommissioning and closeout tasks
Requirements
- Strong understanding of corporate interiors and construction project delivery
- Experience managing tenant improvements and renovations
- Basic understanding of ground-up development
- Experience in a real estate company, architectural firm, or general contractor environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
