About the Role
LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing behavioral health practice. In this role, you’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care as part of a collaborative clinical team. The position offers flexibility with a hybrid schedule that may include telehealth from a home office.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
- Deliver personalized mental health treatment plans in a behavioral health setting
- Collaborate with clinicians and care teams to support patient outcomes
- Provide telehealth services as part of a hybrid work schedule
Requirements
- PMHNP certification (or equivalent)
- At least two years of experience after receiving PMHNP certification
- Ability to work effectively within a clinical, team-based environment
